After being away from the races for 13 months, Arthur’s Ride turned in a razor-sharp performance on March 16 at Gulfstream Park, winning a one-mile allowance race by 7 ½- lengths.

The 4-year-old gray/roan had a narrow lead over Furious Anger, who pushed the pacesetter through a half-mile in :46.15. After six furlongs in 1:10.60, Arthur’s Ride began to open up on the field and was much the best through the lane, finishing in 1:35.64 on the fast main track, earning a Beyer Speed Figure of 101.

In his four lifetime outings for Glassman Racing, Arthur’s Ride is 2-2-0 and has earned $150,400. Out of Dance Smartly S. (G2) winner Points of Grace, Arthur’s Ride is a half-sister to Natalma S. (G1) winner Victory to Victory and stakes winner Alittleloveandluck.
