Physical Description
Northern Afleet is a sprinting type of stallion, typical of his sireline and he has done best with mares with a little more size and scope than himself. Standing at just over 15.3 hands, Northern Afleet is a powerful looking, and heavily muscled horse with a very strong gaskin.
An average head, he is maybe a fraction short in the neck but has a deep shoulder and good girth. He has excellent balance and a good hip length. He has a good foot and good bone and is correct through his knees. He has good short cannon bones but his pasterns are considerably long and soft.
Northern Afleet would be best suited to mares with a bit of size that require substance. He would also do best with mares that are maybe a fraction upright or certainly ones that are not soft or long in the pasterns.
