Physical Description
Forest Danger was selected as a yearling by Hoby Kight and purchased for $900,000 by Buzz Chace as a two year-old in training for Aaron and Marie Jones. The fact that two of the sharpest eyes in the business gave Forest Danger passing grades points to his exceptional physical attributes.
Forest Danger is a good quality stallion with a strong head and good neck length that ties into a well set and deep shoulder. He is a horse with good overall balance and has a nice hip length.
His hind quarter is not terribly wide, but he is strong throughout the thigh and gaskin. He is a shade upright and could have a bigger foot. Face to face, he wants to toe out slightly, however this is offset by his very wide base.
As a medium-sized horse with very balanced muscling, Forest Danger will combine with a variety of mares, but they should have large bone to support him and a big, good foot.
