Miss Fleetfoot powered to a 2 1/4-length victory in the $75,000 Primonetta S. April 16 at Pimlico, [watch video] giving her Northern Afleet his 37th lifetime stakes winner and sixth of 2011. The Taylor Made stallion has over $1.5 million in progeny earnings this year, putting him in the top 15 among all North American sires.

Six-year-old Miss Fleetfoot was making her stakes debut in the six furlong Primonetta. She broke alertly and contested for the lead with Five Diamonds until the pair entered the stretch, when Miss Fleetfoot kicked away and widened her advantage to the wire. The final time was 1:12.02, earning her a 92 Beyer Speed Figure, a lifetime best.

Miss Fleetwood was bred in Florida by Four Horsemen's Ranch and is owned by Ghost Ridge Farms and Phil Schoenthal, who is also her trainer. Consistent throughout her career, Miss Fleetfoot is 13-3-3 in 26 starts, earning $234,120.
