The lone Forestry colt offered at the Fasig-Tipton Calder Sale for 2-year-olds brought a final price of $140,000 for buyer Whitehorse Stables. Consigned by Casse Sales Agent I, the bay colt named Tarvos is the first foal out of Diva (A.P. Indy), who is a full sister to Full Mandate.

Diva's family is full of stakes horses,  including her second dam Clear Mandate, a multiple Grade 1 winner and earner of over $1 million. She is the dam of stakes winners Newfoundland and the aforementioned Full Mandate. The family also includes Belmont S. (G1) winner Creme Fraiche and Grade 2 Dream Supreme.
