A pair of offspring by Taylor Made's Forestry racked up front-running wins on Aug. 28, topped by the 2-year-old filly New Normal's maiden victory in a $68,400 seven-furlong turf race at Woodbine.

New Normal made every pole a winning one in her second lifetime start, drawing away to a 2 3/4-length score as the 9-5 favorite. She was fourth in her Aug. 2 debut, when she got blocked in the stretch. She is trained by Mark Frostad for owner/breeder Robert S. Evans.

New Normal is one of two winners out of her dam New Economy, who won $442,118, accounting for the La Prevoyvante H. (G2) and the My Charmer H. (G3).

Also on Aug 28 at Del Mar, Bradium was a three-quarter length winner in an entry-level allowance race at five furlongs on the grass. The chestnut 3-year-old colt was bred in Florida by Town and Country Farms Corp.  Taylor Made consigned and sold Bradium at the 2008 Keeneland September yearling sale, where he brought $87,000.

Bradium is now 2-1-2 in seven starts, earning $77,760 for owner Cory Wagner.
